  • Message content you choose to send us (including pasted or forwarded messages)
  • Phone number associated with your WhatsApp account
  • Technical metadata such as message timestamps, message type, and delivery status
  • Usage data like how frequently you use the service, prompt types, and responses
  • Device and browser type (if accessed via web or landing page)

We do not access your contact list, location data, or personal media unless explicitly shared.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Analyze message tone and generate emotionally intelligent replies using AI
  • Deliver accurate and relevant insights
  • Improve and personalize your experience
  • Monitor platform health and ensure uptime
  • Ensure security and prevent misuse

3. Data Sharing

We only share your data when necessary to provide our services:

  • OpenAI for secure processing of natural language prompts
  • WhatsApp Business API (Meta Platforms, Inc.) for message delivery and conversation tracking
  • Infrastructure partners (e.g., Make.com, AWS) to deliver automation workflows

We do not sell or monetize your data.

4. Data Retention

We retain message data for a limited period (up to 30 days) for service performance, AI improvements, and analytics, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request early deletion at any time.
