What We Delete

When you request data deletion, we remove:

  • Message history and conversation data
  • Usage analytics tied to your identity
  • Any personal preferences or settings

Deletion Timeline

We process deletion requests within 30 days. In some cases, we may need to retain certain information for legal or security purposes, but we will inform you if this applies to your request.

After Deletion

Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you wish to use Heart Decode again in the future, you'll need to create a new account.
